Hi, Rob here from VA Beach. Just got Solo about two weeks ago and have had it out about five times now. Very impressed with it so far. Looking forward to learning more on how to fly it and use it to its full potential. Also are there any meeting spots in VA Beach or good places to take it up?

Welcome, Rob. Wish I could help you with a meeting place. I am for meeting anywhere the word "Beach" is included.... Unfortunately, I am out here in rainy Ca. so I am no help. Good luck, and fly safe.

Welcome. There is also a Facebook group for 3DR Solo you might want to join. It is a private group and monitored so is typically well behaved. You might be able to find some other local enthusiasts there as well.
