Can you put in a gps and the drone fly there and back

Do you mean input GPS coordinates and have the drone fly there? The 3DR app lets you do that indirectly using its "Cable Cam" feature. You fly to two or more points manually, saving each desired point along the way, and then you save that collection of waypoints as a "Saved Shot". Then when you recall that saved shot, you can press Play and it'll fly to those same GPS locations & altitudes again, optionally aiming the camera the same way as during the original flight. The 3DR app does not offer a way to enter GPS coordinates numerically.

Users of non-3DR apps will post the corresponding answer about the app they use.
