This from 3DR rep awhile ago. At least the 30 day satisfaction guarantee doesn't begin til arrival of gimbal, whenever that is:

In regards to your question, we will extend you an extra 30-day money back guarantee from the day you receive your Solo Gimbal.

The Solo Gimbal should be released on July 15th 2015 and they will be delivered in the same order as the orders were received.

By the way, could you please provide me with an order number? I couldn't find you in our system, or did you purchased this unit at one of our Resellers?
