Gimbal failing Shakes left to right

I recently bought a 3DR Solo and the gimbal is not working fine. It keeps shaking left to right. I can see the images from the camera and I can fly it. I am using Hero 4 black

Any advice?

1. Check the wire routing in the gimbal bay

2. Check all the damper balls to see they are connected and not torn.

X. If all else fails buy another gimbal

I saw some the damper balls separated from the holding rings. That may be my problem.

Do they sell replacement for damper balls only?

They are readily available from other sources.
Are they torn, or just pulled out, which they can do easily?

The balls were pulled out so I put them bck in place and now it is stable.

Could you tell me where to get a new set of rubber balls? I would like to replace them all at one point.
