Gimbal axis movement

I have the 3dr Gimbal installed on my Solo. It appears to have two movements, left and right, and up and down. My controller seems to only move it up and down. I called 3dr on this and they said it has only one movement???

That is correct, for the most part. It is a three axis of stabilization gimbal, but only the tilt is controllable for the standard GCS. It is possible thru python to control the roll axis, but most people don't because they want the video, well, stabilized. Pan is controlled by yawing the SOLO itself.
