No. The Solo gimbal plugs into the "Hero port" on the back of the Hero 3 and 4, which you can see on the left side of the top image below. That port is totally missing from the Hero 7 (the bottom image below).

Not sure who has done it, but I have seen post where they have the GPH7 fully working on a 3DR gimbal. I'll see if I can find some links.

I saw drones 3dr solo on youtube flying with gopro hero 7 but without the gimbal

There need some plate to lift off hero 7 from that port and gimbal balance. Plus you will need different attachment to hold hero 7 . That original one will be too short.
