I lost my solo 3 Years ago , a fly away. Anyways apparently it landed in the woods and someone found it about a year ago. Well today while flying my newer solo the guy asked me if I ever lost one , and I said yea. He said I got one we found I bet it's yours. Sure enough it was. Well the battery was toast but I put a battery in it after cleaning it pretty good and well it beeps and the lights come on. I have to clean a couple more motors freeing them up the way they are supposed to be and I would like to give her a try. Now my question is can I bind my new controller to it just to see if it will do anything? If so how do I do that?

Absolutely! Turn on both controller and found Solo. Depress the bind button on the Solo for a
few seconds and release. There will be a few prompts on the controller to complete the operation.
GL! (You may have to try the bind several times, but it will take.)

Also, if you turn them both on and leave the controller a few feet away from Solo, after a few minutes the controller will say "Solo Detected, Pair?" or similar.
