I use Dell tablet windows and my cell phone blackberry passport. I installed 3DR solo apps, but it not compatible. Thanks

You need to use a compatible Android or Apple IOS device.

Neither of your devices will work with Solo, so you need to consider something else, especially if you want to use the full power of Solo.
