Yea that's kind of a joke if he's a teacher all hel end up doing is something simple, cant decide if I'm for or against it though.

It would deture folks to have stiff penalties for stupidity, but even us flying legal could eventually be charged unfairly or not for similar things down the road. What exactly was the law he broke and was charged with, just curious obviously a stupid move?
