DIY Vacuum Formed Battery Charger

I decided to build my own 3 bay charger and here is the result of my first attempt at vacuum forming.

My plan is add a Volt/Amp meter to each bay.

More details pls! Homemade vacuum forming tool using an oven or did you have access to other equipment? Polystyrene sheet perhaps? (rough surface maybe looks like something else?)

I used a powder coat oven but any electric oven will work, The material I used was 1/8" ABS textured one side smooth on the other (see link below), I made a vacuum box out of peg boards and the mold out of MDF and used a shop vacuum. I will post pictures of the mold..

I have almost finished my first one, I am awaiting a mini 21 amp power supply that will fit inside.

Can you list the DC to DC converter that you're using?
