Complicated stitching or "video matching"

So I'm using a saved smart shot to record the same area over and over again. It's to document the growth stages of some potatoes. It starts low to the ground and goes laterally and sweeps up and out. I'm going to be doing quite a bit of these shots about once a week until the middle of September and eventually I'm going to want to overlay them. The problem is the GPS has +- 1 meter accuracy so I don't know if it's going to be good enough to stitch together. I know it's not good enough because a power line pole at the beginning of the shot isn't quite in the same spot every time. (3DR start working on RTK for Solo!) My question is: is there a program that could stitch those videos together perfectly?
