Camera Settings On Photo

How do you get the camera settings off the photos taken by the Go Pro?! I am missing something in settings I believe.

Can you please describe more clearly? Do you mean:
1) How do I read/find out the settings the GoPro used to take a picture/video? [This is EXIF information]
2) How do I remove a burned-in time/date stamp from a photo? [This is an option on some cameras]
3) How do I remove the On-Screen Display (OSD) that the GoPro shows when putting video out over HDMI? [This is a setting that can be changed on the camera or through various apps (GoPro, Solo, Solex, SidePilot)]

Hmmm I had that happen before when I was doing a timelapse with my GP2. Each and every photo had a timestamp on it. As far as I can remember, I think there was a setting under OSD that had to be adjusted.
