CALIFORNIA LAWMAKERS APPROVE DRONE TRESPASSING CRIME BILLS

The paparazzi aren't worried. Drones with zoom lenses don't have to be over the property to get good shots...

and that is typical california, shut down an entire industry without facts.

It is always a good to get the property owner(s) permission before flying over private land when ever possible. However ,unless you are endangering public safety or breaking existing criminal acts these recent knee-jerk anti-drone laws are meaningless when challenged in court. No local jurisdiction has authority over the FAA. When flying use common sense, fly safe and always act responsibly.

Good luck to them proving altitude or ownership anyways. I can see them being able to judge say less than 100, but from 200-350... really oh but you want to leave us 50 (350-400) feet to fly in, thats nice of you....W T F california... where was the AMA on this one...
