I'm just getting into this arena and I'm looking for the best drone to be able to control with a computer via programming. Want to be able to connect with a laptop and pre-program flight data (i.e. take off, specific flight path or follow me option, return home and land). Also need to be able to control the camera. Would also need precision landing capabilities (within inches of takeoff).
To start with I can skip the follow me option, but that would be great. DJI seems to have the best drones for visual tracking and object avoidance, however they told me you can't connect with a laptop. Is this true?
Had looked at the Solo, but I'm concerned as it looks like they no longer support it outside of commercial markets.
Are there any drones out there that offer all this in the consumer market? Any thoughts would be great, thanks!
