Are there fuses on the mainboard putting 12v on the accessory connectipn. Ive installed leds and they dont turn on at powrr up. Lights made by polar pro.

If you are hooking up on the external accessory port connector, the ribbon cable connected inside may be damaged. Was a common issue as the wires were fine.

Yes, there are PCB mounted micro-fuses on the vBat line. Though it is FAR more likely to be the ribbon cable as @RichWest says.
