Triggered by the pause button on the stock Solo controller. A five to seven second push to close the drop and secure payload, then one tap of the pause button to release payload. 1 1/2 lb. payload capacity

Did you just mount & wire the “drop unit” or was any programming necessary?
Where are the wires connected? Could you have used the accessory port instead of drilling a hole?

3 wires are soldered under battery tray . You change parameters for rc7 from 0 to 1 and it enables pause button to activate
