3dr Solo Transmitter Output Level

With the transmitter updated to the latest firmware and set to US standards what power level does the WiFi card transmit at, 21 dBm 126 me or 27 dBm 500 mW, I've tried looking through the forum and it's conflicting between which one it is, has anyone proved this out with some sort of measuring tool? I'm not concerned with the total output including antenna gain, I wanna know what the power output is prior to antenna and how did you prove this out, or did you just read it somewhere? Thanks ahead guys.....sorry for the revolving door question.....keeps coming back once in a while....
