3dr APP

I am using an Android phone and the only 3dr app listed on the play store is in beta and listed as FULL when i try to download it. How do you control the drone without the app from 3dr?

There is a good 3DR Solo app in the Google Play Store. I don't have my tablet with me to verify the proper name, but it shouldn't be hard to find. There is also a paid app called Solex, but if you are just starting out use the free one.

it is called "3DR Solo" and made by 3D Robotics. What did you search for in the Google Play Store? Can you post a screenshot of your search results?

The other app is called Solex but the actual 3DR app should be available.

I have a older Nexas tablet that will not download the 3dr app. I get a error message "not compatible" or something like that. I could load Soles ok. It not the solo app.

Found the problem, my Kyocera Phone not supported.....guess I have to raccoon it on there.


All fine now. Never got higher than 10 feet the first full battery due to high winds but was a successful enough test.
