RiverPilot, FYI, I got a verbal warning from LE a couple weeks ago flying my Solo over my wife kayaking on the St Croix out of Osceola area (Minnesota side). Seems the St Croix is National Park land, as is the Mississippi.

Good info. Someday I'm going to find a very remote area and do a distance run. 3200 feet is great given, as you said, all the RFI likely in that area. I have the Alpha's as well, moderately pleased with the added signal strength at distance, but again, all city area flying so not really a fair...

Same. Pre iOS update it was always there. Since 3DR update the blue 'Home' is gone.

Just downloaded the 3DR Solo app 10.3.1 update, haven't tried it yet.

We've been getting that same song and dance from 3DR for too long. My Yahtzee app has updated three times in two weeks....3DR is probably saying that to placate everyone. Think long term, when iOS updates again we'll be back to square one. Make your transition to other platforms and be done with it.
