Yes your right it was over private property should have had that in the post. I would never fly anywhere around a crowd of people.

When mine lost GPS and regained signal I hit the return home button because it was windy and it drifted pretty fast and I still wasn't positive of the orientation at that time to correct it manually. Once it connected again I hit the RTH and it came back no problem. But like you asked I'm not...

Flew 2 batteries today and everything worked fine no gps loss.I will check the connections to make sure though.

Going to try another flight today to see if it happens again.

Had same thing happen Saturday. Completley wide open area lost gps signal twice momentarily. Both times it came back after 5 to 10 seconds. First time it has happened to me. Kinda strange.

After flying rc airplanes and helicopters for years all I know is something can and will go wrong eventually no matter how careful you are. It will surprise you and give you a rude of awakening.

That is interesting didn't realize that it would land if lost both connections. Thought it would just go goofey and crash. So if you were in a open location it would probably be ok but 9 times out of10 might not end up so good. But at least it would land.

Yes for sure.I have flown it both ways with RTH enabled and disabled works awesome so far but I am in a wide open area with good GPS. I am very impressed what the solo can do now. Can't wait for future improvements

Could be quite risky then if you didn't have RTH programmed in.
