I have 3 and I calibrate them inside on my coffee table. You Tube has a video.

I bought a spare for parts, when I got it l set it up to see if I could figure out what was wrong with it and it said magnetic interference. Changed the compass leg and it works fine. New leg from B&H was 13.95 .

Does anyone know when the Nat. Geo. Program runs?

I have 3 and use the printed spacer and V2 shield. Also changed the GPS module on all 3 to the MRO GPS MODULE. This set up works great, under a minute to lock on GPS and picks up between 21 and 23 satellites.

You have to pry the two apart. You Tube has all kind of video that show you how to fix different things on the solo. Mine did the same thing and I found a video on You Tube that showed me how to fix it.

I haven't really looked into that one.

Go to the Mrobotics website . It also has a installation video. It's really pretty simple to change out. I have 3 solos and changed all 3 gps modules and they work great. Take you 10 to 15 minutes.

If you do the GPS Mod with the MRO its plug and play. Not sure on the M8N. You tube has been great for information and illustrations.

I've bought 3 sets for my drones and they are great.

MRO picks up more sats. I also put the 3DR shield in and in picks up to 23 sats and locks in very quick usually under a minute. I also have one with rev B with 3DR shield and it picks up 9 to 11 sats. It takes it 2 to 3 minutes to lock in. Just order another shield and MRO GPS module.
