    Solo color scares wildlife

Can't comment on in the p3 but I've had a whole herd of dairy cows running from my solo before here in VT and I was flying pretty high about 100 ft off the ground. It scared them - don't want to sour the milk!

    Tiny Planet Pano

PTGUI is a great program that stiches tiny planet photos with one operation. Its by far the easiest way to make tiny plamets. Therer are also options for auto and custom alignment points and masking capabilities for more advanced panoramas as well.

    Read it and Weep......

I believe the future of this drone lies within its modifiable capability and particularly the development of a standard 1/4" adapter for the gimbal bay so that we can send up different cameras that shoot raw. The solo has the payload capacity to support small micro 4/3rd cameras . As a...

    Gopro Hero4 Micro vibrations

Any update ? I'm in the process of re-soldering a broken gimbal connector and curious if adding the additional flexible extension helped reduce vibration.

    Pano mode question

I use lightroom 5 it has a great panorama feature - just select the photos, preview the projection mode, and it stiches and blends the images together.

    Mounting other cameras on 3DR

Tried out my Panasonic lumix DMC-G7 m43 (great camera BTW) on my new solo the other day. The G7 with 14mm pancake lens weighs 410g - HDMI output works with solo app - The G7 itself has wifi - so you would need two android / iOS devices one to control the solo - the other to run the lumix app to...
