Great info, thanks for that. I did buy 2 GPS upgrades and the Alfa antennas but never installed them. I'll have to look a little more in depth into the things you mentioned, maybe it's a height and proximity / GPS issue. Some of the video shoots my son used it on are at low altitudes and close...

I was going to start a thread about my recent crashes but I'll piggy back onto this one and start a thread some other time......my 4 recent flights ended up in crashes, take off crash, hard left fly away crash, up up and away fly away crash and an into my house with no control input crash...

Now we have .....Asus Zenpad 8, Nexus 7 2013, NVIDIA SHIELD tablet K1, 16GB 8" Tab A and probably more.....any opinions on which is best?? The Asus looks like it's the cheapest.

Anybody else agree on that? My Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy S3 don't work the the Solo and I read that there were still problems with the S7 even after the update. Does the Pixel work with Solo? The Shield K would be nice to just leave in a kit and not need it as your everyday phone or tablet.

And the bundle with the backpac is back for $349. Getting one, I still have some hiding places for my stuff.

Have 2 Solos...should I buy more? Not sure how low prices will eventually go on the bundles or Solo itself or how long till they run out. At some price point they will be good for parts too, as we know. Opinions needed...asked my wife, she says no (to everything) LOL. Also, is the GPS Shield...
