I tried to be diligent about the wire connections. It was a chore to remove the amount of glue that was on the connectors and thought that might be the problem. Sorry to be a bit thick on this stuff, but how would I use a voltage meter to check the connection?

Thanks, that is the video I used. The problem is solo is not generating a wifi signal now. The controller is not finding it in order to pair.

Help! I just installed the wifi card(s) upgrade in both the controller and solo. Now no sololink at all. Did not find new solo and try to pair. Checked the connections, everything looks to be okay. Any ideas appreciated.

Hi, my two cents! Bought my solo from B&H, unfortunately the sololink never worked. Returned it to 3dr and they sent me a refurbished unit that worked fine indistinguishable from brand new. I would usually get between 8 and 11 sats. When flying, it dropped to 7 or 8. I ordered the mrobotics gps...

Lon: Same experience. I bought mine new from B&H, out of the box the sololink did not work. RMA to 3dr, received a refurbished unit and everything worked well, boxes sealed, unit looked brand new etc.
