when you want to change the spinning direction you can just switch the two outer motor wires on the pcb.....(red to blue and blue to red)

i wonder if the glued empty battery shell could be opened the same way ?

yes it needs some more fiddling than the original battery but i managed to remove mine too..... the battery housing is 100% the same though so maybe it's the lacking weight of the battery and body which makes it more difficult ??

i updated both the controller and the Solo successfully , regarding the Wifi adress - yes it changed on it's own to Sololink_xxxxxx with another id- when i look in Vehicles menu it shows 2 Solo's now with different id's , the Original one as Default vehicle and the second one as Unnamed...

I just updated my Solo to Open Solo 3.0 and the installation went fine, i did the compass calibration afterwards and i was able to do the motor run test but i noticed the Solo's wifi adress had changed automatically - when i tried to connect i could not connect to the vehicle anymore and a pair...
