    Yes, I fly my two solos with stock GPS. I always fly in open areas though. Once I did fly in a wooded area and had a problem. Open sky works fine. Will get a Here GPS soon.

    About those Best Buy Refurbished Units for $199...

    I got a refurb from 3DR and it was great. No backpack but paid about $170 +shipping. No sure if they have any left.

    Someone already bought refurbished ?

    I got a second solo from 3dr and it it works great. I figured that 3dr work know best how to fix returns best. So far I've put about 20 hours on it.

    I got a refurbished Solo from 3dr for about $180 plus $15 shipping. It works great. They might still have some left.
