    OKay i have followed the steps but my solo still seems to be running the old software.... Unless "Reboot" is something more than just turning it off and on again?

    ordered myself a solo this week and just wondering if there is a list of must do mods or software updates other than just firmware ? Any advice would be great (have read the FAQs thanks )

    you've tried it? love a positive post reply... This new gimbal shows that there is a way to adapt the wiring control from Go pro 3 and 4 to 5 so perhaps by dissembling this gimble the wiring could be swapped into a solo gimble... but that would be thinking outside the box now wouldn't it
