5pct? I personally try to never run mine much below 15pct. If you run em down too far, they just don't seem to come back as well. I've heard however, that there's a way to run them all the way down to zero pct and then do some kind of a referesh. Don't remember how that works tho.

Sounds like an esc. I think that the esc's are built into the motor pods. You can easily find them on eBay for like 25 bucks last I checked.

What do you want to know? How to allow Solo to go higher? The altitude and distance should be shown on the controller screen during flight already.

With a pair of Alphas, mRo board and being up on a mountain over a valley with little to no wifi interference, I've had my Solo out a bit past 14 thousand feet. Fpv was still quite solid. That was far enough for me tho! Hit return to home and she came back and landed with 12 pct bat to spare...

I have the mRo board, purple I believe and it's been in Solo for almost a year now. Been an awesome upgrade. Locks like 20 sats in 30 secs or so. It definitely does have a USB port, although I've never had a reason to use it.

Alfa antennas will help alot, but it really depends on where you fly. If there's alot of wifi interference it greatly decreases the range. In town I've had mine rth because of lost signal at less than 1000 feet. Up on top of a mountain in Pennsylvania, it went out past 15 thousand with barely a...
