until the Solo is a good 40ft away from any obstacles, i never go FPV and look at the screen. having a phantom 1 w/o FPV was nice in that it really showed me the difficulties of flying w/o seeing line of sight

Anyone knows who produces the foam for the HPRC 2700 case? HPRC 2700WSOL Wheeled Hard Case for 3DR Solo HPRC2700WSOL B&H the foam exists and i have a spare case that has cutouts for a phantom. having one for the solo would be nice.

no where does it say "push the left gimbal button down" to start. using Hero4Black v2.00, it does not work. talking w/ a guy from 3DR, he confirmed the left gimbal button but recommended an upgrade. anyone who uses the left gimbal button to start/stop confirm model and version # for...

Factory resetted gopro back to 2.00, been hearing issues with updated gopros not able to get live view, etc. I'll wait for the October update. At least that will state which version # 3dr's app will work for.
