I'm, in. I ordered in April, got the Solo in July, got the gimbal 3 weeks ago. Crashed on selfy mode. Got new solo last Friday, new gimbal Thursday. Back in business. I'm a professional Photographer and Videographer.
I'm such a rookie, I'm very mechanically inclined but when it comes to small things like this I feel like I'm gonna break something. I took out the four screws and tried to pull up the battery tray still seems like it's attached and I do not want to force it. Any suggestions?

I just replaced all the props just to see and its the exact same problem, the Gimbal is a little eratic and stays to the right enough to see a landing post when you have it at a 90 degree.
I had a minor brush with a tree yesterday and now my solo shakes a little bit and the gimbal does not compensate for it. It's not a constant shake it just happens every few seconds. Any suggestions?
