I was hoping the same thing, but it's no good. I started a support ticket with both GoPro and 3DR I'll post back when I hear if either one of them will help me out with my screw up.

Thanks for the tip on AMA#, I briefly browsed the site and will be joining. And the Marco Polo tracker tip. There are tons of tracker versions out there now, I was surprised. Is everyone liking the Marco Polo because there is no wifi and gps to interfere with signals?

That is nice to know, I just buggered up my hdmi on solo. This is also why we cant start and stop recording and control the go pro yet. All of that functionality will be coming with the gimbal. You turned the light on. Thanks

Thanks for the video! I will be needing to replace that hdmi cable and was a little worried about what else might be retaining the cover in front or the battery. I couldn't pry those two top clips. Now that I know what is there I can give a it a little more without fear of breaking anything...

I was not watching what I was doing and plugged the Solo cable into the USB port of the Go Pro. It ruined the usb port of my Hero4 and the hdmi cable on the Solo. I was wondering, why am I not getting a signal from my gopro and realized my mistake. Of course I thought there could be a costly...
