Transmitter just has white screen

my transmitter just has a white screen and does not show up on wi fi. I installed a wifi card I doubled check the connections but still nothing

Try just disconnecting and reconnecting the battery on transmitter.

Also check to ensure the SD card inside the controller is well seated.

My drone will not connect to controller. I paired it yesterday and it flew well. I lost wifi signal at a long range and it came back. Now controller says looking for solo. Factory reset?

Took out sd card in solo and reinstalled. It did not fix the problem. I sent it back to 3dr.

Same here - it was hosed and back to 3DR. I sent back just the controller and they sent me an entirely new drone - controller/battery/props and all the goodies!
