the issue with solo not triggering during missions with camera commands such as survey was a solo. this was resolved in solo fw 2.3.0.

@franknitty69 I just tried out today and no pictures were taken. I tried both in video and photo mode. Do I need to trigger the first image manually? It wasn't like that before anyway...

what solo firmware are you on? have you ever modified shotManager.py?

I had but before I did the latest upgrade I reverted back to the original shotManager.
App - 2.3.0
Solo - 2.3.0-1
Controller 2.3.0-1
Controller Firmware - 1.2.8

I was in the same position, i did a factory reset and then updated to latest. Fixed it for me.

The Google cardboard thing should allow you to fly cheap FPV, Am I right?
