The controller and the drones are not connected.

Hello guys
I just bought a solo.
It worked well when I connected at home.
So I'm trying to do my first flight, but the controller and the drones are not connected.
(I do not even search for WiFi on my tablet)

It did not work even when the power was turned on and off.
So I tried factory initialization but it did not work.


I opened the transmitter and plugged in the connector again, and there was a reset button. After resetting, I reconnected and it worked.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

What should I do if this happens again?

You should be good. If you do need to reset the controller again, just pull the battery. You should not need to open it up unless there is a hardware problem.
