So I have noticed this weird vignette when using my Polar Pro CP filters. As you can see in the photos, there is this darkening in the corners that I don't get when I use the regular NDs. I have the CP filter adjusted as to give the best polarizing effect. My question is this normal? Do I need to slightly adjust every time depending on the sun's position? Is it because of the stock gopro lens? Or, would a better quality product like the Blurfix eliminate this?

I'm using SRP and have the PP. I did some hasty testing yesterday and did not install the filter deep enough onto the lens, had the vignette appear in either SuperView setting. Could also be your prop or prop shadow showing as a vignette.

But sure a CP or other polarizing filters will have the sky darker at an edge as you turn into the sun. Try a non-polarized filter and see if the results are the same....no silver bullet or one size fits all solution for videoing from a drone...Peace.
