No wi fi connection

I have no wi fi connection between solo and my tablet or my apple phone everything else looks normal just no solo comes up under the wi fi names

Does the controller connect to the Solo? If so, the WiFi connection is working.
Might want to try disconnecting the controller battery and reconnecting. That will sometimes fix the problem.
I've also heard that reseating the SD card in the controller can help.
Just so you know, you can fly the Solo without a phone/tablet.
