it's just a sticker to help with install....you should definitely remove it before flight! no sense in adding any extra FOD to the system!

If the sticker tears make sure you remove all of it. You do not want any foreign objects going through those motors. I prefer dji paper over 3dr stickers. My solo stickers required some work.

you won't strip any screws they just won't tighten because you will be turning them the wrong way.

When putting the props on my DJI I stripped the first one I did because it requires a wrench, and the threads on the props are PLASTIC. I kept tightening and tightening and it stripped. I was so pissed.

Well Guys, I managed to get all of the stickers off and the right props on the right motors based on your help. As far as the thread directions are concerned (right or left) you do not need to put an impact wrench on them. They will tighten as they rotate.
