mistake on too much exposure +0.5 but i use nd filter 2.0

Dunno what you are asking here, from the subject line it sounds like you are thinking because you've an ND2 mounted you can up the exposure setting? That won't work 'cause the exposure is being adjusted based on the light hitting the sensor, thus it is compensating for your filter. As you put more light-blocking into the filter path the camera will increase exposure to compensate.

I found the video here helpful for GoPro my settings. Yes it is not multi-rotor related, not even aerial, but I think the advice is pretty good. Know that flat/low-sharpness/Protune stuff is only good if you can do fix-up with your video editor. I shoot with a Hero4 black 2k/60fps/wide/PT-ON/native/flat/ISO800/LOW-sharpness/EV=-1.0 on mine and it works out well (I use "wide" 'cause I have a 3.97mm Peau Productions lens on mine so there is no fish eye).
