If you have not been successful yet, you can check the hdmi connection to the main board. Search on foam block mod in this forum. Some have had issues with vibration and wear weakening that connection. Placing some support between the cable end and main board seems to help. It is a somewhat difficult mod since you need to pull 4 motor pods and main board to gain access.
