I have my FAA Section 333 Exemption

Like everybody else, including myself, Jeppesen Online Training. Cost will be approximately $11k to $14k for a PPL (Private Pilot License) and probably another $5k to $8 for an instrument rating..

Why do your being up an instrument rating? Do don't need one in order to get an exemption under section 333.

Anyhow, can someone tell me if I need an exemption for tethered commercial flying, meaning making money with a drone that is tethered???

You can actually get a hot air balloon license to satisfy the 333 exemption requirements. It's a loophole... obviously. I've heard this is the cheapest method.
