Gimbal Not Found

Alright everyone, I had a crash, nothing major, but enough to break a few propellors (flew into some branches) and the battery had popped off. Thought everything was good until the controlled tells me it can't find the gimbal. So I looked at the wires, all seemed good, made sure nothing was getting pinched. Same thing. I wrote 3DR and because the orange light is flashing they said that would indicate it needed an update. So I followed their directions, reset the entire system, fired it up, same issue. So I thought I would do it again. Same issue.

Anyone have other suggestions on troubleshooting before I go ahead and fork over the $$ on a new gimbal?

I experienced the same thing. Had a small crash my 2nd flight ever. My gimbal usually works and is randomly "not found". I wish there was something to other than protector the gimbal from bouncing around during transport with the rubber block.
