Gimbal 2

I was in talking to a 3DR Solo distributor sales person and he's telling me they were told by 3DR to sell all their gimbals. He said they are going to release the gimbal 2 soon. Really wouldn't tell me more than that other than its supposed to be able to house an assortment of cameras. Anybody hearing the same thing?

Oh now this is the kind of rumors I like to hear. This would also make sense for the latest sales discount/push

My #1 disappointment of the Solo and on my to-do list, get a Gimbal Sony Qx1 on the Solo.

Software updates would probably come along with any hardware update. If a new piece of hardware is expected to be released holding a software release to coincide with the launch is common.
