Can someone please explain to me how I can view and understand my flight log? I've tried many different ways and nothing has worked.

The easiest way I found was using Mission Planner. I take it you've pulled the logs?

There are basically two types of files you're probably interested TLogs and DataFlash files (I think these have a ".bin"extension.

What I've done is export the Dataflash file as a GPX file and used it in a free overlay program called Dashware to visualize the telemetry, as in this video I made:

You can also export as KMl for Google Earth. And then there is a bunch of system diagnostic stuff I haven't gotten into, but just look for guides for the Mission Planner app.

Welcome- that is a complex subject. I still don't understand much about reading them.

I found several YouTube videos that were helpful.

Try searching YouTube for "mission planner", "3dr solo logs", etc.
