Typical, stupid knee-jerk reaction from the Feds.
People who are inclined to be "rogue" aren't going to register their drones. Or they'll just build their own.

Enforcement would fall to local law enforcement and would be impossible. It's not like the police have spare officers sitting around with nothing to do.

Just like criminals & guns.
