I am sure more regulations will come. They almost have to.
Our best hope is that people making money on these will band together and create legal teams to help thwart excessive legislation. I still see a recreational certification coming, where you have to pass a test and maybe show you possess certain skills in order to get some sort of certificate. Flying one without proper training would result in a fine, and damaging property or people stiffer penalties.
Not happy about that at all, but there are far to many irresponsible people who can afford these things that will drag us down some sort of path as described
