Accessing forum from email link problem

One more time. I can only on rare occasions access this forum from my S6 Android phone. 90 percent of the time I get a message that reads "unable to display webpage". Your mobile device is not connected to the network. However, I am connected an every other web site including DIY Drones forum just not this one. I follow this forum closely an would really like to resolve this. I have cleared cache and all the other stuff I could find online.
