No phone access for consumers, only for SiteScan customers. Chat or email is the only means of contact for us common folk, chat works very well....fwiw
Also saw, support closed on Wednesdays, limited hours on Tues-Thur-Friday.

Not true. Go into the Solo App and click contact us. You can then choose to call but the options are all out of the country. If you have a Mobile plan with free or reduced calling to Mexico then you can contact them.
That's a very good point, however they must have removed the Morth American number with this latest software update. They have
the UK. France, Mexico, Nordic, etc., but not North America; go figure.
