Does snyone know if there is any documentation on the Solo parameters c/w an explanation/description of their possible values? Thanks in advance.

Here is the list and values for arducopter. Any defaults mentioned are not for the Solo. Best know what you are doing and back up the current values. Changing many of these will void the warranty. Will need to use Tower or MP.

These are the ones that adjust with the turtle/rabit sliders. Here is a full parameter export from my Solo. Bear in mind, some of these are fixed values that do not change, applying to hardware and software configurations. Some of these are a fixed range of values that change with the speed sliders in the app (as pictured above). And some of these adjust themselves based on conditions and calibrations, and will be different for everyone.
