3DR Solo Customer Support Chat is gone

Maybe it has already been commented in another thread, but as I did not find any, I decided to share it with you.
Today I tried talking to 3DR Solo Customer Support chat but just got working hours CLOSED: EVERYDAY!
Last time I talked to GIO (CS) 3DR Support working hours were 08:00-14:00 Mon-Tue and Thursday.
Today it is gone!!!
Is it a bug in the system or a long expected development due to 3DR downtrend with regard to consumer products (3DR Solo)?
Any thoughts?

I hope it was that, but today the chat button is replaced by a contact button sending an e-mail to [email protected]
So end of story with Chat to 3DR Support.
I think that next step [until end of this year] would be to terminate the CS of 3DR Solo at all.
