My total on the site was 92.00 dollars.
92.00/10=9.20

Where am I messing up?

Edit: sh*t! I see it, 2 props per box. I thought it read 10 props. It's actually 2 props per set.

So 4.60 per prop.

Much better.

Your math is 9.20 a pair, as they are sold in pairs... divide by two which is $4.60 each prop for you... They're charging you $18 to ship?
